What an arse you are Herb. I was a public employee for more than 37 years ... and you dare to call me "dead weight"? If it was known to you, I probably did more for our society that you have done or will ever do --- and, I'm also a tax payer! Did that thought ever occur to you?

My goodness, you hold yourself in high regard, don't you? Most public sector union employees do.
Better start searching for that ghost writer for your biography.

How dare you lay claim to being more important than your goonion brethren? Don't you collectively bargain, protest, intimidate and shut down schools and court houses?

Good grief,Spock! Look around ... where are the 250,000 jobs your buddy Walker promised? He's deep in the pockets of Republicans, isn't he? Where are all the businesses that should have come to Wisconsin by now? The Republicans are ru(i)nning this state, aren't they? Sometimes you really show your stupidity, don't you know? We're already at the bottom of the Barrel of States, aren't we? If Scooter wins the recall, can he dig the hole any deeper? With the help of his "big money" buddies, maybe he can.

Stupidity................let's see.......
What business in their right mind would come to a state where a recall is going on? With that type of uncertainty, and a bunch of crybabies.
Don't get me wrong, I understand why you're all mad. You've been telling us what to do for many years, and now that the table has turned, you're mad as hell. Awwwwwwwww........

Remember Cheezus, that the information takes into account all the dead-weight public sector union employees that retired over the last year. They're still considered job losses too, even if they really aren't.

I guess that explains why Wisconsin is worst in the nation in job creation. Scooter sure is doing a heckuva job.

That of course illustrates HT idiocy. A "job loss" is counted if the there is one fewer jobs than there was last year. If the employee retires and the job is filled with a new hire, then there is no job loss. But if the employee retires and the employer doesn't fill the position, thereby reducing staff, then it IS a real job loss. Job losses ONLY count the number of positions so the reported job loss numbers ARE real.

Don't be an idiot.

Nice PolitiFact write up on Barrett's claim that Gov. Scott Walker "has caused Wisconsin to lose more jobs than any other state in the country."

I would suggest reading it, no matter how you come down on the issue.

Hey Spock remember how last year you told us all about the magic money theory you had and how taking all that money from public workers wouldn't hurt the economic recovery and how somehow that money would magically reappear in the economy. huh you remember that Spock , do ya?

Just wanted to remind you how wrong you were and how your magic money theory is just plain ridiculous. Imagine that a semi-smart guy like you couldn't figure out that removing half a billion from the economy wouldn't hurt it.

Does it hurt being that wrong. I mean pride ya but does it actually hurt to be so so so wrong.

Well just wanted to remind you about it. I promised you I would and that I would eat my words when we instead had a great recovery and leading job growth. Unfortunatley you were WRONG.

But hey I'm at least trying to help ya buddy I hired 3 people over the last year so I'm rooting for your magic money theory. But you were WRONG LOL. Sorry but you did promise to admit your wrongness should the economy tank further so I will await your admission. I have a feeling it will involve new theories of how it somehow isn't bad that we lost those jobs, maybe a new magic jobs theory.

Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer. Let us not seek to fix the blame for the past. Let us accept our own responsibility for the future. - JFK

No money was removed from the economy. I was right and still am. It's just that said money is no longer being borrowed and spent for whom you prefer. Max out your credit cards for a few months and see how "well" you'll do. I'll bet you get a lot of stuff and you'll feel rich.

Better yet, let's look at a state that did just that. They maxed out their credit card. Let's see how California does over the next year...

OMG, California is gonna be toast!.... or maybe not. It appears that California can borrow money (I wish WI could, money is so cheap it's like bond buyers are paying for the privilage.)

If they could just get past the stupid prop 13 and the austerians they could show the rest of the country what to do.

As far as your NYT article, CA is looking at a $16b shortfall.... with a budget of $130b. That is 12%, in the middle of the great reccession.

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Suddenly, like out of thin air, Walker claims that Wisconsin is going to have a surplus! Now, where the h-ll does that money come from? Last I heard, we had a few million dollars deficit!

Some people also seem to forget that there are thousands and thousands of people ... like me ... who voted for Walker! We believed what he told us during the campaign. We had no idea of his "divide and conquer" agenda --- until he took office. He dropped his bombs ... and then the s=it hit the fan! Do you suppose those thousands and thousands of people ... like me ... are going to vote for that character again? He lies and lies ...

Businesses are not going to come to the state with the possibility of Democrats running the state. If Walker wins recall, then you can judge him on job creation then.

Wimpy cop out by a wimpy poster. Period! Business refused to engage in Fitzwalkerstan....and now you really blame the businesses while trying to make it seem as though the dems are the true culprit. Don't let the door hit you on the way out of the starship.
