| How do you deal with a company that allows its senior leadership to openly verbally abuse its employees in the workplace? How to you work with a HR department that spends its time explaining why you should not file an ethics complaint, that no matter how you were treated you don't have a real complaint? How do you work with other people that witnessed the abuse, have been abused themselves and yet are afraid to come forward for fear of retaliation by the senior leader involved? Any suggestions.

Easy, get it on tape/film. Then you can lay the pipe without the need of others.
