My wife asked me yesterday why men like strip clubs. Me & some guys from work, some consultants from out of town, stopped for a couple of drinks at a strip club.

My wife, Jennifer, is very hot, and has the looks & body where she could go on stage herself if she wanted to. She thinks strip clubs are really stupid.
To me its something fun to do every now & then. A good place for guys to go have a few beers.
Any guys on here go to strip clubs? Any wives or girlfriends not like it that your man occasionally goes to one?

I am 48 and have NEVER been to a strip establishment.
Why? because I have always been the one to want to get the MOST out of entertainment and since I was into music more than ANYTHING, I ALWAYS either went to see rock bands or to the bars that had a big screen and a VJ that would play rock videos.
I have had many opportunities to go to strip clubs but always decided not to because the image that always hits my mind, is of slobbering (literally), drunk, overbearing and aggressive yelling men that literally look at the stripper as nothing but a piece of meat that is there to do nothing but be a vessel of their sexual release.
I'm not saying that there aren't some more clean establishments with better patrons but the mental pic I get is a definite deterrent.
The meaning of life is to contribute TO it.
