And the UPS man just delivered mine fresh from Amazon. Yeah baby!

Will listen then review.

Had some Slayer fans on the old forum.

Any carry over?

A group of candyass Mayhem wannabes. Gotta love a band whose vocalist committed suicide by slitting his wrists and shooting himself in the head. The guitarist then took photos of him and there were rumors that he ate some of the vocalist's brain (unconfirmed) and made necklaces of the bone fragments (confirmed).

So, I herd U liek mmm...mmm...mmm...Mudkipz.

That is funny because Slayer had albums out before this band Mayhem even formed. Slayer used to tour with Venom whom Mayhem supposedly got their name from.

I haven't been into much metal for a long time, but grew up during the '80s and used to eat/sleep/breath metal and Slayer was one of my faves for a long time. Good to seem them still thrashing.

I'll never forget a touring metal festival I saw way back when called "Clash of the Titans" featuring 3 of the days top metal bands: Anthrax, Megadeth, and Slayer. As crazy as the crowd was for Anthrax and Megadeth, Slayer whipped up the 10K or more crowd into the wildest frenzy I have ever seen.

And they STILL do!

I'm seen them four times in the past five years. Tom's got some gray in his beard but they still pound your eardrums until they bleed.

Which is a good thing.

(I am soooo counting on modern technology to save my ears when I get older!)
